From the Courthouse to Your Corner

QuickCourtQuotes was founded by a retired Army veteran who now serves as a bailiff in the California court system. After years of witnessing the same issue; attorneys struggling to get timely quotes and court reporters chasing down jobs and payments . He knew there had to be a better way.

The turning point came when the court reporter in his own courtroom shared her daily frustrations with managing quote requests, job coordination, and collecting payments. That conversation sparked an idea.

He brought the problem to his older brother, and together they created a solution: QuickCourtQuotes; a platform that makes it easy for court reporters to receive quote requests, manage jobs, and get paid, all in one place.

What began as a simple conversation inside the courthouse has now grown into a trusted network connecting legal professionals across California and beyond.

Why We Built It

  • To make the quoting process faster and more reliable

  • To remove the burden of tracking job status and chasing down invoices

  • To empower court reporters with tools designed specifically for their work
